Song Information:

This is a fuller version of the last song I posted. I used the solo version as a model for this one, but replaced the vocals and the guitar. I changed a word in the lyrics. Everything else is played by me, no loops except for the drum loops.

I guess this started out a couple of years ago as a stream of consciousness song about loss. Romantic loss. The losses on 9/11. About letting go, and focusing on the positive things we can bring to the world. I say I don't dwell on things in this song, but I dwelled on this one a long time. While working on this song I started to think about in terms of some of the sites where amatuers like me post their songs, and how my song could be about not getting hung up on ratings and weekly picks. But rather doing your best and sharing your joy in music.

In the end, it's all about the ripples of peace we send out, one little wave after another. I hope you like my song.
