I have always been deeply moved by the first stanza in [u]The Hidden Words of Baha'u'llah[/u]. It strips aside for the moment all that is complicated about religion to give practical advice that is compatible with all religions and cultures, and, if followed, would make such a difference in the world!

This verse helps me a lot when I get caught up in the day-to-day struggles. It helps me get back to basics and reorient myself. I offer it up along with some meditative music, hoping that it helps someone else out there.
