This is an improvisation. I just turned on GB, picked up my ukulele and started strumming and singing. I'm not all that proficient on the uke yet, so I used the few chords I know (and blew it a few times, but I don't care) and let the music grow out of them.
I've figured out the lyrics and transcribed them for those who like to read along.
