The last few days have been unseasonably warm where I live. Temps broke 70F yesterday, on January 8th. Last night was clear, just the right kind of cool, my favorite temperature, with clear skies and a light breeze. I just had to take the laptop and 49key MIDI controller out to the porch swing around 10PM to put something together. Around midnight, note-complete and with temperatures falling, I finally came inside for the final polish and publishing.
It's more a sketch than a song, but it's a product of the moment, and I don't have time to develop it more, anyway.
