Song Information:
As I have read the history about this song/poem for quite some time now it occurred to me that maybe Joseph Mohr didn't intend for there to be so much going on in this now infamous song. Mainly because I had read where he wanted to play his guitar at the mass that night but was shot down harder than Bob Dylan was when Bob went electric.
Keeping in mind the guitar during the 1820's being played in the church setting that was during Mohr's time was considered sacrilege.
The rest is history as they say but the simpleton in me just had to try and do this at the most simplest level possible.
So here I try to imagine Joseph playing his guitar to his poem "Silent Night Holy Night".
