Song Information:
Inspired visually by the futuristic apartments and homes in movies like "Our Man Flint" and TV series like "The Jetsons", the Disneyland Monsanto House of the Future, the Playboy Mansion, and Buckminster Fuller's Dymaxion House. Inspired musically by '60s bachelor pad music pioneered by the wildly imaginative and delightfully playful Mexican composer and bandleader Esquivel (yes, I've got all his CDs). The title of this tune is also the name of the subgenre of retro lounge music (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_Age_Bachelor_Pad for more) that it emulates.
