Bass and tabla, rhythm and lead, and vocals (slight peaking here lol)
The eighth song in my RPM folder. A quick and dirty Punk Rockabilly anthem, rocorded as a note to myself about a rhythm I'd just found on the geetar, quickly jamed into a 12 bar and the I sang whatever came into my head, some of which was gibberish.
I deciphered the gibberish into the nearest english equivalent to the recorded sounds (hence the line "beetlin' around with the bebop hair uh huh) and then sang the words.
All recorded while the rice was cooking.
I have been listening to Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan since we had friends round for an Indian meal the other night, which is partially why I chose Tabla for the drum track.
