Every summer Sunday sundown on the island of Ibiza, at a magical beach called Beniras, gather 100's of hippies with drums, bongos, congas, sticks, pipes and tamborines to "Drum down the sun" as it sets over the Meditaerranean Sea. It's tribal, its pagan, its quite magical and one of my favourite past-times! Drawing Beniras as inspiration along with the line in the song " listen closer, and you will hear - a rhythm sooooo deep" I aimed to make a melodic buried deep in complex rhythm of percussion - totally discordant yet somehow addictive - just like Beniras ... This track probably isn't everyone's flavour - but I hope u hear the mad fun of it all.
