We are all interconnected. My dream is that we can all realize this and create healing music for the world. it's just a short piece, like a poem. Sometimes I write music because I am so angry about what is going on this country. This time I thought I would imagine something positive to send out to the universe. I saw Rene Fleming, the great Opera star speak on a PBS Frontline piece this evening. She spoke about when she sang at the 911 Memorial a few years ago. The participants felt encouraged by the beautiful music. It made me reflect on what we can do to help others with our art.
