I've remixed this and got rid of some squeaking [or whatever technical term it's called] and changed a few little things. It's still slow and has no drums!
When I listen, I think of people who, because of poverty, live on rafts, or who have to escape from war or political persecution on home made boats. Floating around on a river, or on the ocean, can be such a peaceful thing to do, but if you are forced to do it through no fault of your own, then I suppose the experience is not one of pleasure.
So "Rafters" is my homage to such people. I've tried to capture the space of the wide open and combine it with a melocholy, sad feeling. I like this tune and have spent quite some time on it. Have a listen or download as you feel. Thanks!
