Thanks to Boris for getting me off my butt!
This song is mostly stress relief. The pulsing bass line is actually me humming a "C" and flapping my lips with my finger, then processed various ways. The scream is also me. The heartbeat is from a free sound effects site. The synth pads were more or less improvised, though one was chopped up and pasted various places.
