Song Information:
Written in New Orleans in 1999 after my sad-ass divorce. Recorded on my Apple Powermac 8600 in my apartment, just blocks away from Trent Reznor's Nothing Studios and Tipitinas.
This song is more or less a riff of blues (which I love). The old black guy down the street with his quart of beer and Tom Waits inspired the vocals, with a hint of distortion for taste. Pretty much low-fi tech all the way.
Lyrics are about being blue (or brown) and drinking tons of Coffee and Guiness to keep from being depressed...(it does'nt work, trust me). Cheers!
