hi
i am using koss porta pro for music making at night.
its very good. pretty much bass-sound. i like that one.
but after 5h i feel the headphone on my head.
i also have a Sony MDR V6, its said to be very good for studio artits, but i bought it 2 years ago and only used it 5times, as it hurts and cannot sit on my ears properly/wrong.
i tried the AKG K 701 and it was fantastic, the feeling was extraordinary, as it was only classical music at this dealer, i couldnt hear how it sounds with electronic music which has more bass or deep basskickdrums.
anyone using that AKG 701 when making electronic music?
thanks

| New Melodyne AU Plugin! |

Celemony finally came out with the new Melodyne AU Plugin, and it works great in Garageband. It's much less taxing on my computer than thier full version app Cre8(which i also own).
A while ago i purchased Cre8, which is still fantastic for fixing, and creating harmonies(you can not do harmonies with the plugin), but there were times were it really bogged down GB when a song had alot of tracks in it. But the plugin works much faster and a lot better.
Just a warning though, i'm running on an iMac G5 PPC, so i'm not sure how it works with the intel Mac's. But it does say it's a universal plugin.
This is a must for anyone needing vocals pitch and timing corrections. Very professional sounding compared to GB's built in pitch and timing, and it's very easy to learn and use, great for quick fixes. I highly recommed it for any GB user.
If your not sure if this is for you, at least check out the mpg videos they have for the plugin software on thier website, i guarantee this they will blow you away.
