SOOHAN Biog
In the 1990s, with the rise of powerful home computers with audio capabilities came the mash-up, an unsolicited, unofficial (and often legally dubious) remix created by "underground remixers" who edit two or more recordings (often of wildly different songs) together. Underground mixing is more difficult than the typical official remix, because clean copies of separated tracks such as vocals or individual instruments are usually not available to the public. Perhaps the most remixed band is Depeche Mode, with about 8,500 remixes. SOOHAN. from Philadelphia. makes remixes on his computer. is one half of the up and coming production duo called NiteCourt. teamed up with professional DJ Smudge (MD). DJ Smudge the seasoned mentor. SOOHAN the eager apprentice. SOOHAN and Smudge are Miagi and Daniel Son. They met for music. Fucking Punks. SOOHAN, Smudge, and NiteCourt bring Truth and Justice to the Dance Floor. SOOHANs mixes have been featured twice on Mashstix.com. NiteCourt tracks have been featured on Palm Out Sounds Remix Sunday twice as well as on Discobelle. He shares all of his mixes to download for free at his purevolume. Keep listening.
