Iron Monkey, was an idea that was realized on Halloween of 2002 after co-founders Axel Rubbins, and Nigel Bottums had come to the conclusion that rock music was no longer enjoyable, and lacked the drive of such great bands as Def Leppard,Van Halen, and Ratt.
