Charlie Hornsby Biog

Born in Virginia, singer/songwriter Charlie Hornsby grew up under the southern skies of Houston, Texas. In Texas, Charlie pursued Piano and Vocal performance at SMU and the University of North Texas. And then migrated to Boston’s Berklee College of Music for Jazz Piano Performance. After Berklee, Charlie toured with several bands based out of Virginia, traveling extensively and performing in venues and festivals along the east coast in New York, D.C., North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland and Pennsylvannia. Charlie is currently based in Los Angeles where he gigs locally and has performed and traveled with Dermot Mulroney, Adam Sandler, John Mayer, Dave Matthews and Bruce Hornsby. One of Charlie’s personal highlights was performing for an inspirational cause in Central Park at New York City’s AIDS Walk.
