Shine is fronted by Manie Anderson (lead vocals) formerly with Rick Colbourne in Hard Poetry, her sweet and sometimes raspy voice would be hard to reproduce without the same verve and conviction that she puts into her performance. Neil Bell (bassist), Formerly with rock/metal band Saigon he's the band's songwriter, lyricist, and background vocalist, and was raised in Whitehaven, England. Jeff Fairbank (guitarist), Jeff, formerly with the hard rock band Fairbank, he's the band's founder, songwriter, and background vocalist, and was raised in Coquitlam, BC Canada. Matt Pavan (drums), formerly with hard rock/fusion band Future Shock, says his influences are firmly planted in the Led Zeppelin/John Bonham zone. He was also raised in Coquitlam, BC Canada.
