I've been involved with music in some form or fashion for pretty much my entire life. Started playing the French horn in elementary school. In college, picked up the bass and played in a number of different bands during that time. Pretty much stopped doing everything musical in the mid-90s until GarageBand came out.

Over the years, I've picked up a number of instruments with varying degrees of success including: trumpet, euphonium, recorder, accordion, guitar, bass, mandolin, harmonica, keyboard and that thing you make with a comb and a piece of paper.

I played the bagpipes once and lost.

I pretty much just make music for fun. It falls somewhere between "hobby" and "obsession."
