I pretty much wrote this as an assignment at the Kerrville folk festival this year. I think of it as a "blurt" -- just getting out feelings rather than reasoning & choosing words. This is an updated version with a fuller arrangement, which was inspired by hearing local Boston band "Reverend Glasseye".
