| This song was recorded entirely using GarageBand. (My first GB project) Everything is original performance except the drum loops. - 11 Real Instrument Tracks (Bass, Guitar, Keys) using both GB Synth patches and external processing gear. - 11 Loop and Software Instrument Tracks This is by far the most fun I have had performing/recording/editing/mixing in a long, long time. I owe that to GarageBand. Such a joy to work with. I use a G4 867 MHZ (768 MB RAM) and had no problem with 22 tracks. I could have used more but didn't need it. The bass line and certain guitar parts were the only tracks I recorded from beginning to end. I ended up creating original loops for everything else. GB makes it so easy to edit/copy/paste snippets. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have enjoyed listening to the various recordings on this website. |
