| "Insan' in Mundo" | |
| We've a topsy-turvy world in a mess and people make it worse with wrong-headedness; man's inhumanity should make any human sad-- if you think you're sane in this crazy world you must be mad. You'd be bananas like a bent-back spoon, or off your rocker, as loopy as a loon; as nuts, as cuckoo, as wacked as Bedlam ever had-- if you think &c. The world has gone loco and upside down like all was created by a drugged-out clown; what once was bad is good, and you know what's good is bad-- if you &c. Like Trojans thinking they could trust Sinon, or Nixon even having a microphone, or Hitler thinking he could try to keep Stalingrad-- if &c. Off the melting point by a few degrees, your top paddock missing some wallabies, you'd not be right in the head, and by more than a tad-- &c. Off your lolly, you'd be way out of tune, far out of your tree, and baying at the moon-- the various terms for battiness are myriad-- &c. | |
