In 2000, the Marathon Map Makers Guild released a game to the Macintosh platform called Excalibur: Morgana's Revenge (EMR). In 2005, EMR began getting a face lift, including an overhaul of the music. A group of us, dubbed the "Don Merlin" band, worked on creating the theme music for the game. Bill Catambay coordinated the effort, established the needs, and even created a few of the pieces himself. However, James Bisset is the master behind the best pieces within the soundtrack. Dane Smith, a native and resident of South America, whom I met in our Hotline server, added a few of his own pieces to the mix. The music adds a lot to the game. Some of it's so good that you might even enjoy listening to it on its own.
