Smokey was our dog, and he lived a good long 15 years. He had to be put to sleep a week ago. Over the week I worked up this little tribute to him. It's a little sad, but he was a good old dog. Toward the end there he seemed to be sort of sad probably because he was pretty worn out, but he was an energetic and spirited Border Collie/ Lab mix with a enthusiastic but gentle nature for most of his life. The song art is a painting that my wife Andrea did of him sleeping.
