I started giving guitar lessons when I was 15, and started writing songs at about the same time. I love Garage Band, and have been using it for both my professional needs as a music teacher, and as a tool for writing music for my own pleasure. Although I'm mostly a vocal, classical composer, Garage Band has allowed me to stretch a little bit. I particularly like using loops in genres that I'm not particularly familiar with.
