| Around ten or twelve years ago, I got into playing shoot 'em up games. I especially liked Doom 2 and Duke Nukem. Playing the games became an obsession almost. For the sake of my back, they were all deleted from my machine. It was hard to do, I can tell you. Anyway - one thing I really liked was the ambient music going on, almost unnoticeable, in the background. I can't really remember the music, but I've had a go at doing some of my own. Makes a change from all the Christmas stuff going on at the moment - it's very dark and heavy. I've made all of this with the Albino 3 soft synth. There are fourteen tracks altogether and I've used no loops. "Dead Simple", FYI, was one of the levels in Doom 2. Thanks for listening to my efforts.  | |
